Distillery Production Assistant

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Distillery Production Assistant to join our production team. You will support our Master Distiller in the day-to-day operations of spirit production; from grain handling to fermentation, distillation, bottling, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with fermentation, distillation, and barrel management.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across production areas.
Monitor production equipment and report maintenance needs.
Support bottling, labeling, and packaging operations.
About You:
Keen interest in spirits, brewing, or food/beverage production.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
Previous experience in beverage production is an advantage.
